The App may request access to and collect data from HealthKit, including but not limited to:
Biometric data (e.g., heart rate, step count)
Health and fitness data (e.g., activity, workouts)
Other health-related information as allowed by HealthKit permissions.
1.2 Core Data Storage
The App utilizes Core Data for local storage. Your saved data are synchronised between devices. The app uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to implement that.

We may also collect non-identifying information such as:
Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version)
Usage data (e.g., app interactions, feature usage)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To provide and improve the App's features and functionalities.
To personalize user experiences and deliver relevant content.
To store and manage user-specific data using Core Data.
To analyze and understand usage patterns for optimization.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.

When starting the App for the first time, the user will be asked to answer, optionally, some questions related to general data linked to the App. All this information can then be modified at any time and at the user's choice through the corresponding configuration panel available in the App.
Once the basic questions have been completed, the user can add one shoe for free to test the App's features. To add more shoes, the user must subscribe to the Premium version through the two payment plans available (annual subscription or lifetime access), which can be paid through the payment option offered by Apple Store.
